The craftsmanship on the bag is beautiful, but the experience was disappointing. The seller sent a rectangular handle instead of the advertised round handle. The bag measures only 30 cm (12.7 inches) instead of the advertised and requested 40 cm (15.7 inches), without informing me before shipping. Communication was also extremely poor, with at least two days’ wait for every response. Beautiful work, but poor customer service and experience
